An international venture capitalist firm formed in 2008 in Austell, GA, USA from the acquisition of Blue Enterprises of Mableton, GA,  USA and Azul International Holdings, LLC of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.  The primary goal of this international holding company is to acquire undervalued companies, entities, and properties for appreciation and to provide decent affordable rental units for mentally and/or physically handicapped individuals.  As an independent finance company, we form and manage land trusts, finance movies, radio/podcasts and book publishings, and provide direct and indirect financing for various personal or business ventures to individuals with past credit problems, low incomes, and limited credit histories.  We currently have offices in Austell, GA, USA and Cancun, Q. Roo, Mexico.  This firm currently owns and manages over a dozen properties worldwide.  The management of this company receives no type of compensation.  Compensation will be held until the year 2033 and we will be based on the success of company growth.
